At the heart of Adriti Techno Engineering is a vision to empower India’s defence, marine and aerospace sectors with world-class engineering, strategic advisory and technology implementation expertise. Our mission began with the inspired leadership of Dr. Y. Sreenivas Rao., a distinguished scientist and industry luminary whose career spans decades of pioneering work in complex defence programmes.
Dr. Rao has served at the highest levels of India’s premier defence science establishment, including as Director-General of Naval Systems & Materials at DRDO. He holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering and has led large multidisciplinary teams in the development and operationalization of mission-critical systems — from advanced missile technologies and interceptor programmes to naval weapons, test ranges and cutting-edge platform integrations. His leadership has been central to defining frameworks that strengthen defence–industry–academia collaboration and foster technology self-reliance.
